1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ctg666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through ctg666.app. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on ctg666, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ctg666 will result in account suspension until the verification is complete.

If ctg666 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned via the original payment method. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold one (1) ctg666 account only. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ctg666 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended with balances forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other details requested. You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes. ctg666 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.1 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ctg666 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ctg666 will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ctg666 support immediately via live chat at ctg666.app so that your account can be secured.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ctg666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. 4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ctg666 account balance promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider. ctg666 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ctg666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be returned and the player's account may be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval by the ctg666 payments team, subject to KYC completion. ctg666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

ctg666 employs transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious payment activity. Any deposit or withdrawal that triggers a fraud alert may be held pending investigation. ctg666 cooperates with relevant authorities and financial institutions in matters of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime. Players found to have engaged in any form of payment fraud will have their accounts permanently closed and relevant information reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ctg666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where technical errors, system faults, or unforeseen circumstances affect the integrity of the promotion. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before the modification will be subject to the terms as updated, unless ctg666 communicates otherwise.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using ctg666, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ctg666 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to create an account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the platform, place bets, or interact with any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on ctg666.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from technical errors are void and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

ctg666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account that violates these obligations, at any time and without prior warning. Where applicable, ctg666 will report prohibited conduct to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on ctg666.app — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, logos, icons, text, data compilations, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of ctg666 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ctg666 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the platform or its content; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software; create derivative works based on any ctg666 content; or remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the platform.

The ctg666 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of ctg666. Use of these trademarks without the prior written consent of ctg666 is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ctg666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Suspected bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• An order or direction from a relevant authority requiring account closure.
• Extended period of inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms is involved, any verified real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or underage gambling — ctg666 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. The player will be notified of the closure reason and, where applicable, of the process for contesting the decision via ctg666 customer support.
